SmallTown.Pics sells fine art photographic prints in a variety of materials and sizes. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or suspected fraud.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@smalltown.pics with your order number and reason for return. Prints must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Damaged or defective prints will be replaced at no cost — please photograph the damage and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Delivery timeframes vary by product and destination and will be estimated at checkout. SmallTown.Pics is not responsible for delays caused by carriers. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
All photographs displayed on SmallTown.Pics are the property of their respective photographers, licensed exclusively to SmallTown.Pics for sale. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any photographs from this Site without express written permission. Purchasing a print grants you a personal, non-transferable license to display that print in your home or office. It does not transfer copyright or grant any reproduction rights.
Photographers who submit images to SmallTown.Pics agree to our Photographer Agreement, which governs licensing, royalty structure, and submission standards. By submitting an image, you represent that you own all rights to that image and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights. SmallTown.Pics reserves the right to accept, reject, or remove any image at its sole discretion.
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the Site's operation, to attempt unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, or to transmit any harmful or misleading content. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who violates these terms.
The Site is provided as-is without warranties of any kind, express or implied. SmallTown.Pics does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmallTown.Pics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any product purchase. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
