Every SmallTown.Pics print is made to order by a professional print partner and shipped directly to your door.

Production & Shipping Times

Because every print is made to order, production begins after your payment is confirmed. The timelines below cover production and standard shipping to US addresses.

Fine Art Paper PrintsShips within 5–8 business days from order date

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our print partner. Delivery times after shipment vary by carrier and destination.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size and material of your print.

All prints are carefully packaged to protect against transit damage. Large prints and rigid materials (acrylic, metal) ship in custom-fitted protective packaging.

Our Return Policy

Fine art prints are made to order specifically for each buyer. Because every print is custom-produced, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color differences between the digital preview and printed output.

All prints are produced from the photograph files in our gallery. Color rendering on screen varies by monitor calibration and cannot be guaranteed to match the printed output exactly. We strongly recommend reviewing your material and size selection carefully before placing your order. Questions about how a photograph will look in print? If your print arrives with a quality issue due to a factor within our control — a production defect, incorrect image, or assembly problem — we will replace it. See the Damaged or Defective Prints section below.

Damaged or Defective Prints

If your print arrives damaged or has a production defect, we will replace it at no cost to you. To qualify for a replacement:

  • Damage must be reported within 14 days of the delivery date shown in your tracking information.
  • Email support@smalltown.pics with your order number and clear photographs showing the damage or defect.
  • We will review your claim and arrange a replacement. No need to return the damaged print.

We do not issue cash refunds for damaged prints. Replacement is the sole remedy for shipping damage or production defects.

Order Cancellations

Because every print enters production quickly after an order is placed, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of order placement and before production has begun.

To request a cancellation, email support@smalltown.pics immediately with your order number and the subject line "Cancellation Request." We will confirm whether production has begun and whether cancellation is still possible.

Once production has started, we are unable to cancel your order. If your order has already shipped, our standard damage replacement policy applies — we cannot issue refunds or accept returns for orders that have been produced and shipped.
